I cannot log into the website because I do not remember my email, what do I do?

  • If you have not logged into the website since 1 December 2018, then you need to create a new website account, using a new account ID.
  • If you have created a website account, use the recovery method. If it tells you that it does not exist, then you either had wrong information, or you do not have a website account.


How do I add my current in-game accounts to the website account?

  • Once logged in, go to the "Manage Game Accounts" tab and add your in-game accounts from there.


I do not remember my bank pin. Is there a way to change it?

  • Log into your website account and go to the "Manage Ingame Accounts" tab. Find the account that your character is on and click the wheel at the end of the row. Select the correct character and change your bank pin there.


I am just coming back to the game after a long break. Is there any way to recover my accounts if I do not know my log-in information?

  • If you do not remember part of your log-in information, you can submit a ticket. Please be sure to include as much of the following information as possible to verify the account:

- account ID
- account password
- character name/names on account
- bank pin/pins
- email linked with account
- secret question/answer

This information will be used to verify that the account is yours. If you are unable to provide sufficient information to verify the account, we will not be able to assist you.
