Item Rarity System
The Rarity System enables you to change your item's rarity to all sorts of Tiers that gives you randomized Effect (effect increases depending on the tier) effects vary depending on the Scrolls Used , Insane Being the BEST!
You can get Item Rarity from 4 sources:
item Dropped by Masquerpet
item Rarity'd via Scroll of Rarity Change (Uncommon - Insane)
item Rarity'd via Ultimate Scroll of Rarity Change (Unique - Insane)
old items that have existed before the Rarity Patch will automatically have an "Old" Rarity by default,
(you can change the rarity again using either Scroll of Rarity Change or Ultimate Scroll of Rarity Change)
(you can only use Rarities on Weapons, Shields and Set Parts)
