Pinky Roach
In the roach room, spawns are a bit different then in the rest of Madrigal. As you enter the room, you will see many clusters of eggs. The small eggs are opened by clicking on them and they contain 3 Roach Larva, 2 agrovated and 1 not. Roachs are a normal spawn. Roach Queens are in the large eggs.

Not known to roam this is where they spawn.
